At Creative Designs and County West Sports we cover all aspects of screenprinting.  Our professional staff of screen printers, sales staff,and art department provide a system of oversight on each job we process. We pride ourselves in producing the best quality for our customers.

The screen printing facility includes 6 color presses.  Numbering and lettering is available by state-of- the-art heat sealing machines.

In order to provide an accurate estimate on a project, we need the following detailed information.

1) Quantity, Sizes and Colors of all garments
2) Number of Locations we are printing (I.e. Full Front, Full Back, etc...)
3) Number of Colors in the imprinted location
4) Size and Location of Printing (I.e. Small Pocket Size Front on Left Chest, Full Back
Centered, etc...)
5) Your Lead Time - Project Deadline - In Hands Date to Customer
6) Where your goods are being delivered (We ship custom projects internationally, please
contact us.)

Set Up Costs / Screen Charge
A one-time initial charge for screens are required for all job we process. This charge does not apply to reorders unless the artwork has been altered from the previous design. In this event, a new charge will be applied to whatever screens were altered.

$25.00 Per Color/Design
Oversized or awkward screens require a special price quot.e

Printing Prices
Prices for Printing depend on the color of the garment and the total quantity.

Artwork Preperation Charges
All artwork that we receive will first be subject to review by our art department.Our graphics specialists will evaluate your graphic files and produce the necessary plates for the best possible production.Art charges are $55.00 per hour on artwork that requires more than 15 minutes of time processing. Artwork processed within 15 minutes will not be subject to an art charge.Contact us for further information as to sending artwork to us and minimizing your art charges.

Rush Charges
Orders requiring 7 business day or less delivery - $50.00 plus applicable shipping and handling charges.
